Q: What are your shipping details?

A: Priority Shipping 1-4 business days. Shipping is Monday - Friday. All orders placed before 3 PM Central Time will be processed.
Please allow up to 8 hours to receive a confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. We do not process or ship orders on weekends & holidays. 

Q: What is your return/refund/exchange policy?

A: RETURNS: Unfortunately, we do not allow returns. All products sold (both physical and or digital) are non-refundable.

REFUNDS: Unfortunately, we do not allow refunds. All items are FINAL SALE.

EXCHANGES: We do not allow exchanges with the exception of an incorrect order. If your order was incorrect email us at support@hookahessentials.com.

Q: Where do you ship and how much does it cost?

A: All United States domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Upon checkout, you will see the shipping rate. 

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed on Monday. 

*NOTE: During sales, processing times may be extended by 48-72 hours. Shipping time begins once USPS picks up an order. Transit times DO NOT start at the completion of an order. Please be aware of this when placing your order. 

Q: Will I get a tracking number?

A: Upon processing your order, a tracking number will be sent to you.

Q: Where can I purchase your products?

A: Hookah Essentials products can be purchased from our online store.
